The concept of the Ultimate Business Package is really very simple. On-Line Brokerage (OLB) has brought together respected employee benefits companies in order to develop a package of ancillary benefits competitively priced and bundled to be sold in coordination with our client HMO’s commercial medical plan offering.

Most of the employers that are purchasing your health insurance are also purchasing one or more of these ancillary benefits.

Here’s how the program works. OLB works with you to customize a package of turn key ancillary benefits right for you and your marketing area. We work with you to modify your existing proposal system to include the selected ancillary benefits, and help to develop marketing peripherals designed to work within the scope of your existing presentation package. We also provide training on the ancillary benefits, so that you in turn can train your field force. Whenever possible, we work with our client HMO’s to handle the billing and premium collection. Our clients have found this to be more appealing to employers since they receive one bill, remit premium to one location, and pay with one check for all their employee benefits.
